Belum jelas apakah elemen senjata dan dunia semi-open world akan membuat game horror Frictional Games tidak menyeramkan atau malah justru memberikan elemen survival yang jauh lebih menyeramkan.

Amnesia The Bunker rencananya akan dirilis bulan Maret tahun 2023 mendatang di PC via Steam dan Epic Games Store dan console seperti PS4 dan Xbox One/Series. Tidak jelas apakah game-nya akan tuju PS5 karena tidak ada logo PS5 sama sekali.
